sriracha thousand island dressing | recipe

Reuben
Reuben with Sriracha Thousand Island

Let's add this dressing to the very, very, very long list of why rooster sauce is amazing.

sriracha thousand island dressing
makes 1/3 cup

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon minced green olives with pimento (3 to 4 olives)
pinch ground black pepper
optional:
1 teaspoon minced parsley
2 tablespoon minced hard-boiled egg (hard to do 1 tablespoon of minced egg, would add 1 minced egg if quadrupling the recipe)

Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until uniform. Dressing will keep for up to 3 days.
